I come here a lot with my wife, since we live close. We also have a membership here. The place is becoming very popular, which has excellent service, great vibes and a great overall experience. I wish the top membership lounge was a little bigger, but it' is what it is. The food and wine are amazing along with the ambiance. Great place for friends and family.

As a member I want to give this 5 star review for an employee that might get overlooked on the avg day to day visit, but nonetheless is also an integral part of the winery experience. I am speaking of Marcos who is the parking attendant at Altisima. He is always, friendly, cordial, and willing to assist in anyway to make parking at this very busy winery as painless and accommodating as possible. We drive varied vehicles from our Harley to our very large truck, Marcos always greets us with a smile and lets us know where the best place to park is based on the vehicle we brought, and yes whether it was freshly washed. He is an asset to your winery setting the tone for your upcoming experience. He is definitely the right man for the job!

Oh how I love this winery! I was planning to bring my in-laws here with me but my niece's kid is an absolute terror and I did not want to be responsible for killing anyone's buzz on such a beautiful day...but I digress. Lol. The co-habby and I ended up going with a fave couple of ours to celebrate both of our 20th wedding anniversaries! Such a crazy coincidence that we all got married on the same exact day down to the year. And we are so glad we chose Altisima Winery for our twin anni double date. Note: They welcome guests on a first-come-first serve basis according to their website and we were the first ones to arrive. The young male host who initially sat us was a tad rude and tried to place us in a sunny spot but we wanted something with a bit more shade. He said "well, we're gonna be really busy today so let me check." Umm, first come first serve, no reservations? He sat us one table down like he was doing us a huge favor. No big deal but it kind of killed our vibe a bit. On a happier note, our server was absolutely awesome! He made some recommendations on wines, cocktails and appetizers/entrees. Everything was delectable and the libations were some of the best I've had out here in Temecula. We visit wineries every 2 months or so and want to try as many as possible. This winery is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. And that says alot as we've probably frequented about 15 wineries in the area. By far our favorite to date! There is a lovely outdoor area if you choose to nix the food and enjoy the wine tasting. Plenty of seats with an absolutely gorgeous view of wine country. Let's talk about the food and booze: Sangria Flight: we ordered 2 of these. So refreshing and tasty. My favorites were the Pomegranate, Mango and one that tasted like a Moscow Mule. Yum! Gaspar's Grilled Cheese: Jenny and I both ordered this one OH EM GEE, I need to order 10 more of these to take home! Grilled sourdough, jamon serrano, manchego & burrito. Made even better with parmesan truffle fries. 10 stars. Catalan Gambas: Shrimp in garlic confit with a spicy catalan sauce with crostini. The sauce was so good we told our server to not take it away so we could dip our fries in it. Lord Jeezus. Gaspar's Steak and Frites: the boys ordered this and were pretty darn happy with their entrees. Your choice of rib eye or filet mignon topped with chimichurri sauce. Divine. Churros: our amazing server gave us a complimentary dessert of fresh churros with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce, fresh, hot and crispy. Yes please and thank you! When I tell you I love this place, I mean it from the top of my head to the tips of toes. Thank you Altisima for making this such a wonderful experience for us.

This is a gorgeous winery in classic wine country Temecula, but with a modern twist. My mom is a member here, so we got to go upstairs to the VIP lounge. We had a fantastic experience and great service. The wines were tasty, and the AC inside really helped with the 110-degree weather. The outside is beautiful, too. Parking can be difficult, so give yourself some extra time.

Came here last Saturday on a whim. We placed ourselves on the waitlist, and only waited about 30 minutes which was enough time for a little wine tasting while we waited. The wine tasting area is a bit small (compared to others) and fills up quickly, but we didn't wait long for pours. 5 pours for $30 (standard). The wine was just okay. Not my favorite winery of the 14 we've tried so far. The food on the other hand was great! We ordered 5 tapas dishes to share. Everything was wonderful. Olives, pork belly, octopus, calamari, and Brussels sprouts. Would be back for Lunch again.

I love this winery! It's a bit out there but worth the drive. Nestled in the hills of Temecula Wine Country you'll arrive upon a gorgeous chic vineyard with a beautiful building standing grandly on the top of the horizon. Once inside, you receive all the cool vibes of this spacious winery. I love my BIG spaces! The restaurant is extremely modern with lots of clean straight lines. You can opt to eat indoors or out. I've done both and still can't decide which I prefer because I enjoy both so much. The service is great! My favorite server is Mike (who I like to call Ricky). He has always recommended the best dishes and even the best way to enjoy them. Like Truffle Fries with aioli! Delicious! My favorite things are, the Truffle Fries, Prime Rib sandwich, Spinach Salad, Steak Salad, Grilled Cheese, Shrimp appetizer AND do not forget to order the Churros. They're amazing! I have many more things to taste here so I will be back often.

Decided to come here for lunch. The staff at the New Inn recommended their tasty menu. We arrived a few minutes after opening. We were greeted and sat upon arrival. Super modern interior and the outside patios and view, are amazing. It was a beautiful day around noon, perfect weather, they had the fans and misters going. We were brought water, and plates soon after. We sat and enjoyed the vibe, for about 5 minutes, before our server greeted us. We asked about the Muscat, a gold medal winner, and she offered a taste. It was so yummy, more on the sweeter side, but not too sweet. So we ordered a bottle. We paired it with a few appetizers, patatas bravas, burrata salad and we later ordered the ceviche. The patatas bravas were very tasty, nice and crispy served with aioli drizzles. Would have liked a little more is generous drive, but overall good. The salad, was exquisite. So many flavors, the burrata was fresh served over heirloom tomato slices, peach chunks, drizzles of balsamic and topped with fig jam. AMAZING! We then decided to order the ceviche, it was salmon and langostino. Very fresh, and flavorful also. Highly recommend lunch here. The vibes are great, lots of seating, great service and the views are fantastic.

I love Altisima Winery, love the food, the ambiance and the contemporary I especially love when Shana is working. She is one of the best wine stewards I have encountered. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and will go above and beyond so that I can have a great experience. I am a member and visit from San Diego.

Went to Altisima for a wedding venue tour and was treated to so much more from Valerie and the awesome staff at Altisima Winery. From the moment we came in, Valerie's kindness, hospitality, and information was so helpful. She was there to answer all of our questions and her having a great sense of humor helped as well! The ambiance is amazing with a very modern feel for a winery, lots of natural light, tons of seating and the most beautiful view of wine country perched on a hill. They have an in-house restaurant that looked delicious, they treated us to a complimentary wine tasting in the club members only second floor, and I was so impressed with the wines that I had to get a bottle! Whether for a wedding or tasting, I will be sure to come back here!
